These terms govern your use of the Syphon app and website. By creating an account or using Syphon, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Syphon.
Mesh Studios grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Syphon for your own personal, non-commercial use, in line with these terms.
Syphon is a player. When you search for or play a track, the app connects from your device to third-party services (such as YouTube and SoundCloud) to find and stream the audio. Mesh Studios does not host, own, or store that audio, and does not control those services or their content. You are responsible for ensuring your use of any content complies with the terms of those services and with applicable law in your country.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.
Syphon is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, and features that depend on third-party services may change or stop working outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Syphon is provided without warranties of any kind, and Mesh Studios is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
We may suspend or terminate access to Syphon if these terms are breached. You may stop using Syphon and delete your account at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of Syphon means you accept the updated terms.
